Head Coach Melissa Wiggins' primary goal is to to help
each player develop to her fullest potential.
Now in her tenth year as Randolph's head women's
basketball coach, Wiggins' previous experience includes
serving as an assistant coach at the University of Virginia
(where she received her Master of Education in sport
psychology), Montana State University, and James Madison
University. Wiggins worked as an assistant for NCAA Division
I coach, teaching physical education and coaching successful
high school teams. She also spent time with the Charlotte
Sting of the WNBA assessing talent for the franchise. Off
the court, she actively officiates both lacrosse and field
hockey at the NCAA level.
