
In
his third year at the helm Scott Ketcham, a former all-American at Hampden-Sydney
College leads the Randolph College men’s lacrosse team into its
second season as a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
Prior to his arrival at Randolph, Ketcham spent two years as the assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Muhlenberg College. In addition to his coaching experience with the Mules, Ketcham also spent two years as the assistant coach at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, Virginia.
At Hampden-Sydney, Ketcham was a two-time Old Dominion Athletic Conference all-conference member as well as a two-time United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-American goalie. He also helped lead the Tigers to consecutive NCAA Division III quarterfinal appearances.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Ketcham will also serve as the College’s director of intramurals.

Michael Neczyporuk returns for his second season assisting head coach Scott Ketcham in 2010-11. Neczyporuk earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Neczyporuk has played lacrosse at the high school, college, and club level. A resident of the Lynchburg area for the past five years, Neczyporuk currently works at Schrader International in Altavista as a Senior Buyer.

Sean Belt joins the WildCat men's lacrosse staff for his first season in 2010-11. Belt comes to the College after a highly successful career at Susquehanna University. While at SU, he earned four letters as a defensive midfielder and face off man. He served as a team captain his senior season, and also led the team in face off wins in 2008. Sean graduated with a degree in communications in May of 2010.
Before Susquehanna, Belt played four years of varsity lacrosse at Bernards High School in Bernardsville, NJ. A Morristown, NJ native, Sean was a member of the first ever men's lax squad at BHS in 2003.
