Arlington, VA — The Randolph College WildCats and Marymount University Saints played 90 minutes of scoreless soccer, sending Saturday’s men’s soccer game into overtime.
Randolph was out shot 23-11 during regulation, but was able to keep the Saints off the scoreboard with solid play in goal and by the defense.
James Poulsen ended the 0-0 tie four and a half minutes into the first overtime period to give the Saints a 1-0 win.
WildCat goalie Aaron Humphreys finished the game with 10 saves. Offensively for the WildCats, Eddy Ratianarivo and Jonathon Bolton both had two shots on goal.
