Hampden-Sydney, VA - Randolph goalkeeper Aaron Humphreys tallied 11 saves to help Randolph to a 0-0 double overtime tie against the Hampden-Sydney Tigers yesterday. Four of Humphreys’ crucial saves came in the two overtime periods.
WildCat Jonathon Bolton had two shots on goal in the second half, but was unable to find the back of the net.
The game was the third overtime contest in a row for the WildCats. The team is 1-1-1 in overtime games this year. Randolph is now 2-6-1 on the season. The Tigers are 6-5-2 and currently ranked fourth in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
