Lexington, VA -- The Randolph College Women's tennis team fell in straight sets 9-0 at nationally rank Washington and Lee University Wednesday afternoon in ODAC tennis action. The match was originally scheduled to be played at Randolph, but with the inclement weather in the Lynchburg area, the match was moved to the Generals indoor facility.

With the loss Randolph slips to 3-4 overall and 1-3 in ODAC matches. W&L improves to 14-3 overall and is currently ranked second in the nation in Division III.

Washington and Lee took all three doubles flights, then swept the WildCats in singles competition.

Randolph will return to action Saturday when they travel to Emory and Henry College for an ODAC match scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
