Every Wildcat runner earns season record time

Greensboro, NC -- The Randolph College Men's Cross Country team took second place in the Division III division at the Hagan Stone Classic meet in Greensboro, NC on Saturday morning. Every WildCat runner recorded a season best time in the event.
Sophomore Jerry Wells led the WildCats with a time of 31:19 (64th overall), over thirty seconds better than his previous season best time. Junior David Kosciusko finished with a time of 36:42 (79th overall), also a season best time. Junior Carl Coffey recorded a time of 37:09 (80th overall), while senior Karl Sakas finished at 41:29 (83rd overall), over three minutes better than his previous season record. First-year Michael Harris finished at 47:12 (88th overall), while Travis Brown rounded out Randolph runners with a time of 50:30 (89th overall).
Randolph will return to action Saturday when the WildCats travel to Guilford College to compete at the Guilford College Invitational at 10:15 a.m.
