Plows and the WildCats travel to EMU Wednesday looking for their first ODAC win in 2009

Ashland, VA -- Randolph-Macon College's Erin Hauser netted two goals as the Yellow Jackets posted a 3-0 shutout win over visiting Randolph College in ODAC women's soccer action Saturday night.

With the loss the WildCats drop to 3-11 overall and 0-8 in conference matches. RMC improves to 10-4 overall and 6-3 in ODAC play.

Angela Nelms put the Yellow Jackets on the board early when she beat WildCats keeper Victoria Johnson for the eventual game-winner at the 7:15 mark of the first half. Hauser would then add her first tally at the 33:14 mark of the first half to extend the lead to 2-0. Hauser's second goal of the match came with just 55 seconds remaining as the Yellow Jackets secured the 3-0 ODAC victory.

RMC outshot Randolph 34-5, while holding a 16-2 advantage in corner kicks. Johnson finished with a match-high 14 saves on the afternoon, while Yellow Jackets keeper Mary Jocelyn tallied just two saves recording the shutout.

The WildCats will return to action Wednesday when they travel to Eastern Mennonite University for an ODAC match scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
