Johnson needs just 10 saves to become Randolph's all-time leader in saves

Lynchburg, VA -- Six different Eagles' found the back of the net as visiting Bridgewater College posted a 6-0 ODAC win over Randolph College in a wet and soggy contest Saturday afternoon.

With the loss Randolph falls to 3-13 overall and 0-10 in ODAC play. Bridgewater improves to 13-4-1 overall and 7-3 in conference matches.

Jacey Kelley put Bridgewater on the board early at the 25:19 mark of the first half off an assist from Abby Dehoff. Just seven minutes later, the Eagles added two more goals, this time Sara Taylor and Caroline Banks got into the scoring action to extend the lead to 3-0 heading into the half.

Sophie Thomas, Brittany Harris, and Courtney Dearing each added second half tallies to end the Eagles scoring. Taylor finished with one goal and three assists on the afternoon. WildCats keeper junior Victoria Johnson finished with 14 saves, and needs just 10 saves to become the school's all-time leader in that category.

Randolph will host Roanoke College in their final match of the 2009 season on Tuesday in Lynchburg. Lone senior defender Shar Plows will be honored before the start of the match.
