Buena Vista, VA -- The Randolph College volleyball team finished its 2009 campaign with a 3-0 loss at Southern Virginia University Friday night in non-conference action. The Knights took the match in three sets by scores of 25-14, 25-21, and 25-20.

Randolph concludes the 2009 season with a 2-26 overall mark and 1-9 in ODAC play. Southern Virginia improves to 18-12 on the year.

First-years Sam Sublett and Megan Wheatley each contributed seven kills. Junior setter Caroline English finished with six kills and 15 assists. Junior libero Lindsay Wood added a team-high eight digs and two service aces.

Randolph will return every member of this year's squad next season as the WildCats look to return to ODAC postseason contention.
