Roanoke, VA -- The Randolph College Riding Team competed at the 50th annual Hollins University Spring Horse Show and the IHSA Zone Championships on Saturday and Sunday.
At the Hollins Show, Ashley Lovegrove was named Adult Amateur Hunter Champion. Gillian Baird earned first place in the SWVHJA Adult Medal.
At the IHSA Zone IV Championships, Lovegrove came away with Reserve Champion Open Equitation on the Flat. She also finished sixth in the Open Equitation over Fences. Jennifer Brown finished sixth in the Novice Equitation over Fences for the WildCats.
Randolph will return to action Friday when they travel to Washington and Lee University for the ODAC Championships.
