Jennifer Brown has strong showing for WildCats

Bridgewater, VA -- The Randolph College riding team finished in 9th place at the Bridgewater College IHSA Show on Saturday. The WildCats then took home 7th place at the University of Virginia IHSA Show on Sunday to cap off a full weekend of action.
At Bridgewater, Jennifer Brown led the WildCat riders with a first place finish in the open flat. Elizabeth Kerron took 4th in open fences and 6th in the open flat. Gillian Baird captured 4th place in the open fences and 5th in the open flat. The host Bridgewater College went home with High Point honors, while Hollins University was awarded Reserve honors.
At UVA, Lindsey Yake finished 3rd in the walk trot, while Jennifer Fowler placed 3rd in the novice fences. Brynne Gingras took 4th in the advance walk trot, while Baird finished 6th in the open fences.
The WildCats will return to action next weekend when they compete in the SWVHJA Annual Horse Show Friday through Sunday (11/6-11/8). Below is a complete list of Randolph results over the past weekend.
