
The Randolph College Softball Team enjoyed its finest season in program history, breaking school records for overall wins (19) as well as conference wins (8). The WildCats made their first trip to the ODAC Tournament since 2001, earning the sixth seed in the process.
Led by 2009 ODAC Coach of the Year Jen Steele, the WildCats broke several individual school records and earned individual post-season awards. Lindsay Cross '10 was named ODAC Player of the Year, pitcher Teresa Dalton '12 claimed ODAC Rookie of the Year honors and Nikki Smith '10 garnered All-ODAC Honorable Mention recognition.
Randolph will look to continue their success next season as the WildCats return all nine starters from last season.
