Progression and improvement have been the two biggest words in volleyball camp this far, as fourth-year head coach Johnathan Willis and his WildCats look to take the next step in the ascension of Randolph College volleyball.
While the WildCats have gotten better in their skill set since last season, Coach Willis says that another thing will be at the forefront of a successful season in 2010: Heart. “This team has a ton of heart, we practice hard, we’re more explosive and a lot faster,” said Willis. “It’s fun for me because every day the players work harder than the day before, they’re always improving and I think our future is very bright.”
