The 2011 Randolph Volleyball team had its most successful season since 2004, winning 11 games while showing alot of promise for the future. The first-year class was very talented and deep, and should do great things going forward. Head Coach Johnathan Willis and the WildCats earned huge wins, including their first conference win over perennial power Roanoke College this season.
First-year Shana Nelson '15 was named All-ODAC Second Team after leading the conference in hitting percentage. Fellow newcomer Kerry McMichael '15 had the sixth-most assists in a season ever at the College and is on pace to break the all-time record for helpers in a career. Fellow newcomers Grayce Darden and Jordan Templin each had solid rookie campaigns, and will be important cogs going forward.
