
Johnathan
Willis begins his fourth season at the helm of the Randolph College
volleyball program.
Willis is no stranger to the local Lynchburg volleyball community. At Liberty University, his alma mater, Willis served as both a volunteer assistant for the NCAA Division I women’s volleyball team as well as the head coach of the Flames men’s volleyball club program. Under his guidance, the men’s team finished the 2006-2007 season with a record of 20-8 and a second-place finish in the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association Southern Conference.
In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Willis has worked as a local clinician at Heritage High School, Franklin High School, and Timberlake Christian High School. He also served as the assistant coach at Brookville High School from 2005-2006, during which time the Bees won the district championship and finished second in regionals. Willis has experience at the travel club level as well, having served as the head coach of the Heart of Virginia girl’s 16 and under travel volleyball team for the past two years.

Rachel
Willis begins her fourth season as an assistant coach of the Randolph
College volleyball team.
Willis played collegiate volleyball at Liberty University, and club
volleyball for Rancho Valley Volleyball Club from California. Rachel
and Johnathan have been married for several years and are the proud
parents of two children.
Rudnick joins the WildCat volleyball staff in 2010 for her first season at Randolph. She comes to the College with extensive coaching and playing experience, most recently heading the Central Virginia Volleyball Club in 2009-10. Previously, she was a graduate assistant at Liberty University from 2006-2008, where she was in charge of recruiting, travel coordination and academic monitoring.
In college, she was a four-year letter winner for the Flames at Liberty, earning All-Big South Conference first team accolades in 2003. She also helped the Flames to a BSC Tournament Championship in 2001, and earned BSC All-Tournament Team in 2004. Rudnick was on the Presidential Honor Roll all four years, and was a member of the National Honor Society and Kappa Delta Pi Honor Fraternity.
