Head Coach Alexis Wagner

Alexis Wagner enters her second season as the WildCats mentor looking to lead Randolph into Old Dominion Athletic Conference play in 2011.

Wagner has coached at both the college and high school level in her coaching career. She served as assistant coach at Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts from 2004-2007. At Merrimack, Wagner assisted in all phases of the women's lacrosse program including organizing and coaching practices, scouting opponents, and recruiting potential student-athletes. Wagner was instrumental in leading the Warriors to becoming a national power at the Division II level. During her three seasons as assistant coach, Merrimack became nationally ranked for the first time in school history and broke over 16 school records. Wagner also coached four second team All-American players at Merrimack.

In 2008, Wagner switched to the high school ranks serving as the head lacrosse coach at Austin Prep in Reading, MA. At Austin Prep, Wagner was responsible for establishing and organizing a program that was in just its second year of existence.

Wagner also enjoyed an accomplished playing career starting with her time at Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA. She played four years at Lawrence before enrolling at Elmira College in upstate New York where she played three seasons at the Division III institution. Wagner finished her undergraduate degree in communications with a concentration in marketing at Merrimack in 2007.

Assistant Coach Megan Nutter

Bryan Waggoner photoMegan Nutter joins the WildCats for her first season as assistant coach in 2010. The Moorestown, NJ native will assist head coach Alexis Wagner in all aspects of the Randolph women’s lacrosse program.

Nutter comes to Randolph after a brilliant playing career at Monmouth University. During her four-year career, Nutter was named First Team All-Northeast Conference three times, as well as earning Rookie of the Year honors in her rookie season.

Nutter also has experience on the coaching sidelines, serving as trainer/coach for several lacrosse leagues throughout New Jersey. She spent time at North Atlantic Lacrosse, South Jersey Select Lacrosse, and most recently served as a trainer at the International Sports Skating and Fun Centre.

In 2008, Nutter earned her bachelors degree from Monmouth in Criminal Justice.
